Selecting TOP-5 teams
The public voting phase gives a maximum of 25 points to a team. 20 points are calculated based on the ratings of the registered voters and 5 points based on the popularity of the video (youtube likes).
The rating form has four questions: 1) understandability, 2) problem, 3) solution and 4) uniqueness. The rating is based on 1 to 5 point scale, so any team can get a maximum of 20 points, if each category is rated excellent.
Last 5 points are calculated based on relatively popularity between videos, so that the most popular video gets 5 points and least popular 1 point. Other teams get a relatively points based on the relative ranking of popularity.
The finalists are chosen based on the points. If there’s a tie, then the individual rating scores of the categories influence in the following priority order: 1) problem level, 2) solution, 3) uniqueness, 4) understandability.

Choosing the winner
The jury will rate the finalists in five categories: 1) the pitch, 2) the team, 3) the potential, 4) the novelty and 5) the plan. Each category can give 1 to 5 points, so in total 25 points from five categories.
However, the ratings of the jury is 75 % of the total score, so the jury points are multiplied by three to up to 75 points.
The winner is chosen by summing the public voting phase score to jury rating score. Thus 100 points is the absolute maximum score.
